Founded in 2003 as Cozy Ace Video, Merky Waters Films is owned and operated by Bobby Merkle. We are a creative and dynamic independent film and commercial production company. Located in San Antonio Texas, Merky Waters Films has produced and developed several television commercials in its previous location Del Rio Texas. In San Antonio we have produced several music videos for local artists as well as some short films including “The Cow Jumped Over The Moon: The Musical” which won the awards for Best Acting and Best Film in the 2012 48 Hour Film Project in San Antonio. That film was screened in Hollywood at the 2013 Filmapalooza in March 2013. The Filmapalooza features 48 Hour Film Project Best Film winners from around the globe.
